Hello, This is HOUSE dormitory student council. For staying during the winter vacation in the dorm, it is required to submit few documents. Please follow the process below. (If you don’t want to stay, it's okay not to submit.) Also, Please refer to the college notice.

1. ★Submit the Google survey for staying in GIST during winter

★If you have not any reason to stay in dorm(student coucil, seasonal semester, etc.), Please check 'A student who has obtained approval from the housemaster due to unavoidable reasons(Check Q.6-5)'

2. Submit the document for residual approval applications(form 2). The translation of this notice is currently underway in the department in charge, and the school will send an email as soon as it is completed and guide you again.
