Hello, this is the HOUSE Dormitory student council.
Cleaning personal items in public spaces is going to be conducted as follows.
* Sticker attachment date: 7/12 (Fri) 21:00
* Removing goods: 7/27 (Sat) 21:00~
* Public Spaces to be inspected
- The hallway on each floor
- Dormitory A building : Mailroom, Snack Shop, Launderette, Guest Office, Community Room, Meeting Room, GX Room, Fitness Room, 2nd floor Student Lounge, Laptop Reading Room, 3rd floor Student Lounge, Reading Room
- Dormitory B building : Mailroom, Snack Shop, Haedong Knowledge Libary Launderette, 2nd Meeting Room, 3rd Meeting Room, Reading Room
Please remove any items left in the hallway and public spaces. All neglected items have been attached with stickers, and we will collect neglected items after 21:00 on 7/27 (Sat)
If you are going to take the items after removing goods period, you will be imposed 3 penalty points by the College Dormitory Rules and Regulations <28. Unauthorized occupation and use of common-use facilities. (This includes leaving personal belongings unattended.)>
Please remove items that occupy space, such as water bottles in front of the Mailroom.
In addition, courier before two weeks will be treated as neglected items based on the sticker attachment date, so please pick up your items before 7/12 (Fri).
