[Reminder] [House] Notice of Removal and Collection Schedule for Items Left in Common Areas

This is a notice from the House Union regarding the inspection and removal of items left in common areas. Please ensure that any personal belongings left in the hallways or common spaces are cleared in advance according to the following schedule:

• Sticker Placement Date: Tuesday, September 24th, 10:00 PM

• Item Collection: Tuesday, October 8th, after 10:00 PM

• Inspection Areas:

• Hallways on each floor

• Building A: Delivery room, cooking room (old store), laundry room, 1st-floor student lounge, community room, discussion room, yoga room, fitness room, 2nd-floor student lounge, laptop reading room, 3rd-floor student lounge, reading room

• Building B: Mailbox area, new store, Hae-dong Academic Information Room, laundry room, 2nd-floor meeting room, 3rd-floor meeting room, reading room

Items that are tagged with stickers on September 24th, 10:00 PM, and are still left after October 8th, 10:00 PM, will be collected during the designated collection period. If you retrieve your belongings after they have been collected, you will be subject to a penalty of 3 points, as outlined in the dormitory regulations <28. Unauthorized occupation of common facilities (including leaving personal belongings)>. Please make sure to remove your items before they are collected.

Additionally, please clear any large items such as water bottles placed in front of the delivery room. Any packages left for more than two weeks as of the sticker placement date will also be treated as abandoned, so please collect your packages by the end of today.
