대학원생활관 9동 에어컨 교체 안내

 

대기환경보전법의 강화 및 노후 에어컨 교체를 위해 신규 에어컨으로 다음과 같이 교체하고자 합니다.

 

1. 교체 내용

교체내용	▶ 천정형 실내기 본체 교체 및 배관작업 (비닐커버 보양작업 포함) ▶ 작업시간은 2시간 30분 ~3시간 정도 예상 ▶ 실별로 우리직원 1명, 교체업체직원 2명 방문 예정

2. 협조 사항

가. 9시부터 작업하므로 거주학생들의 양해를 바랍니다.

(9시 이전 외부 사전작업으로 인한 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다.)

나. 생활관관리실의 안내를 받아, 우리 직원이 동행하고 교체업체 직원 2명이

교체일에 방문하여 작업을 진행할 예정입니다.

다. 실내에 계셔도 되지만, 작업 중 소음과 작업자 이동으로 번잡함이 있을 수 있으니, 교체 작업 중에는 퇴실을 권장합니다.

라. 귀중품이나 도난 우려가 있는 개인용품은 별도로 보관바랍니다.

Notice of Air Conditioner Replacement in Graduate Dormitory Building 9

 

In accordance with the strengthened Clean Air Conservation Act and the need to replace outdated air conditioning units, we will proceed with the installation of new air conditioners as follows:

 

1. Replacement Details

Replacement Company & Workforce	▶ 3H System (LG Electronics), 6 to 14 workers
Target Area	▶ Graduate Dormitory Building 9 (171 units)*Please refer to the detailed schedule.
Work Details	▶ Replacement of ceiling-mounted indoor units and piping work(Including protective vinyl covering work) ▶ Estimated work duration: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per room ▶ Each room will be visited by one Facility team-staff member and 2 workers from the replacement company

 

2. Cooperation Request

a. Work will begin at 9:00 AM, so we kindly ask for residents’ understanding.

(Please note that noise may occur before 9:00 AM due to preliminary external work.)

b. On the scheduled replacement date, a staff member will accompany 2 workers from the replacement company to carry out the work.

c. You may remain in your room during the process; however, due to noise and worker movement, we recommend temporarily leaving the room during the replacement.

d. Please store any valuables or personal belongings securely to prevent loss or theft.
