Hello, this is the House Association.
Recently, unauthorized disposal of large amounts of garbage (delivery food, paper boxes, etc.) into public bins in dormitories, or unsanitary behavior in public spaces (toilets, elevators, etc.) has occurred more frequently than in previous years. As a result, we will inform you of the following once again.
1. No Unauthorized Throwing of Large Garbage
- Please separate and discharge only the smaller amount of trash than the cup ramen container in the public trash can.
- From delivery food to waste appliances and furniture, medium/large waste should be discharged to the garbage dumps near the old and new offices, and please refrain from dumping such waste without permission or dumping it on the floor even though the trash can is full.
2. Maintain sanitation in public spaces
- Please refrain from unsanitary activities such as vomiting in public spaces.
- If an unavoidable situation occurs, please voluntarily take appropriate measures immediately.
3. Do not throw garbage while remaining in the food (including liquids)
- Currently, the bags used to manage the dormitory trash cans are made of very thin material, and in particular, they are torn or spilled when transporting the remaining liquid, greatly increasing the burden on cleaning personnel.
Please never throw garbage with any kind of food remaining in the container as well as liquids.
If unsanitary behavior is repeated as above, it may soon encourage the reproduction of pests (fly, cockroach, etc.) in the upcoming summer season, worsening the overall hygiene of the dormitory.
Not only does this offend the occupants, but it also takes additional control costs and time, such as quarantine work, which can eventually return to the burden of all of you.
A dormitory is a communal living space where all members live together. We ask for the basic consideration and responsible behavior of all residents to maintain hygiene and order.
Thank you.
