Starting Wednesday, September 17th, periodic inspections of abandoned items in common areas will be conducted during the semester. Inspections will be carried out as detailed below. We kindly ask all students to remove any abandoned items.
Sticker Application Date: After 9:30 PM on Wednesday, September 17th
Item Collection: After 9:30 PM on Wednesday, September 24th
Locations subject to inspection: University dormitory hallways, University dormitory laundry rooms, University dormitory mailboxes, University dormitory lobbies and entrances
Items with stickers affixed after 9/17 (Wed) will be collected during the collection period if they remain after 9/24 (Wed) 21:30.
If you retrieve such items after the collection period, you will be charged 3 penalty points under University Residence Hall Rule <28. Unauthorized Occupation of Common Facilities (Including Abandoned Personal Belongings)>. Please ensure you remove any items before the collection period.
Unlike the abandoned item collection conducted each semester, this initiative is periodically implemented during the semester to maintain a pleasant house environment. Item labeling and collection occur once every two weeks.
