We would like to provide information regarding the schedule and candidate registration for this year’s Student Council President and Vice President Election (hereafter referred to as “the Election”).
📅 Candidate registration will be open from September 28 (Sun) to October 19 (Sun), 24:00.
If you wish to register, please email ahntaewoong@gm.gist.ac.kr, and we will send you the required documents.
Please use the subject line: “(Name of President/Vice President Candidate) Candidate Registration Request.”

1. Candidate registration application form
2. Recommendation sheet with signatures from at least 1/10 of all students (1 copy)
3. Joint statement of candidates (1 copy)
4. Certificate of enrollment
5. One ID photo (8×10)
6. Draft and poster for election campaign materials
7. Report of campaign headquarters member list (1 copy)
8. List of policy materials (1 copy)
9. Recommendation letter (1 copy)
