This is the GIST House Union.

We would like to notify you regarding the Move-Out Inspection and Room Relocation beginning on Thursday, December 18th. Please refer to the schedule and instructions below.

■ Move-Out Inspection Eligibility
Move-out inspection applies to rooms where:

1. Both residents are moving out. (Standard inspection criteria applied)

2. Only one resident is moving out. (Single-resident move-out inspection applied)

※ Even if only one resident leaves, you must still apply for a move-out inspection.
※ Maintenance inspection will no longer be implemented starting from Fall 2025.

■ Inspection Period
December 18 (Thu) – December 21 (Sun)

■ Inspection Hours

• Dec 18 (Thu), Dec 19 (Fri): 15:00–18:00

• Dec 20 (Sat), Dec 21 (Sun): 10:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:00

■ Important Notes

• Move-out inspection and re-inspection are limited to a total of 3 attempts.
  If the room fails to pass within 3 inspections, it will be recorded as Inspection Not Completed.

• Inspections will not be conducted after the announced schedule.
  Please apply with sufficient margin considering re-inspection.

• If the room does not pass by 18:00 on December 21 (Sun), penalties will be automatically imposed.

• The initial inspection request must be submitted at least 1 hour in advance.
  (There are no time restrictions for re-inspection requests.)

■ Penalty & Deposit Notice

Failure to complete inspection may result in:

• Violation of move-in/out procedures → 7 penalty points

• Poor room cleanliness (e.g., abandoned trash) → 5 penalty points

➜ Up to 12 penalty points may be imposed, and deposit deduction may occur.
