This message provides information about the move-out inspection conducted from Saturday, January 3 to Sunday, January 4. The eligible residents, schedule, and available inspection hours are as follows.
Eligible residents: Students expected to graduate in Fall 2025
Inspection period: 2026 Jan 3–Jan 4
Available hours: 13:00–17:00

For the first inspection, you must apply at least 30 minutes in advance.
You may take a maximum of 3 inspections in total (move-out inspections + maintenance inspections combined). If you fail to pass the move-out inspection in all 3 attempts, it will be processed as failure to complete the move-out inspection.
No inspections will be conducted after the inspection period ends, so it is recommended to schedule your inspection with enough buffer time in case a re-inspection is needed.
The initial inspection must be applied 30 minutes in advance (this requirement does not apply to re-inspections).
If you do not complete the move-out inspection, penalty points may be imposed (up to 12 points total) and your deposit may be forfeited (17. Failure to complete move-in/move-out procedures (including maintenance inspection): 7 points; 22. Poor cleanliness/organization of the bedroom (e.g., leaving trash): 5 points).
