Masks are Required inside the Dormitory

Please comply with the Preventative Guidelines

(Penalty points will be imposed for non-compliance)

Dear students,

The situation with COVID-19 is becoming serious. Masks are required inside common areas (corridors, lobby, etc.) in the dormitory. Also, please refrain from visiting other regions, and those who have visited regions with a level higher than level 2 of social distancing restrictions, and please submit a negative PCR test result to the dorm management's office upon returning. Recently, complaints were filed requesting stricter sanctions for those violating preventative guidelines.

If someone is found not complying with the mask rules or violates the preventative guidelines inside the dorm, (either through reports or by the dorm attendant), penalty points will be given according to the Graduate School Dormitory Living Regulation. (Regulation 18: In case of interfering with the school’s preventive measures or failure to follow guidelines in a crisis such as natural disaster and outbreak of an infectious disease.) A maximum of 30 penalty points will be imposed to those not complying with the regulations.

⋅Disciplinary action based on 30 penalty points: The student will be asked to leave for 6 months. (However, if the student wish to use the dormitory during the disciplinary period, they may only re-enter after receiving approval from the dean and pay 5 times the housing rate.)
