★Only for students who is going to move the room & only for students who will leaving the room on the period

Hello, this is HOUSE dormitory student council. If you are about to leaving the dorm or changing your room, you should pass the moving out inspection before moving or leaving. Make sure to check below informations in detail and please apply for the checking through the below google docs. (The file is for foreigners, cleaning guidelines before having the examination.)

★Duration of Moving-out inspection(Just for dorm-leaving students):

• Moving out inspection period: 12/14(Thu) - 12/17(Sun)

• Available for checking time 12/14(Thu)~12/15(Fri) 15:00~18:00 12/16(Sat)~12/17(Sun) 10:00~12:00 ~ 13:00~18:00

❗️The moving-out inspection is only available three times in total, and if you do not pass the moving-out inpection for three times, the moving-out inspection will be non-fulfillment.❗️ ❗️In the case when one resident stays and the other resident leaves, you should apply the Google form in "Moving-out checking". And, in this case, we will apply the criteria for resignation inspection in personal spaces (tableware, bed) and maintenance inspection in public spaces (toilets).❗️

• You can't get any re-inspection(re-checking) after the inspection time is done.
• If you do not pass Moving out inspection until 12/17(Sun) 18:00, you will receive penalty points.
• If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes, please contact us via 'GIST HOUSE' KakaoTalk channel.
• If you want to cancel the previous application and apply for a new application, please check the confirmation spreadsheet of the resignation inspection application and write down the exact date and time of the application to the specific information blank. *If you do not pass the moving out inspection until 12/17(Sun) 18:00, your deposit can be redeemed and you can get up to 12 penalty points as followings.

17. Not following the proper procedures for moving in and moving out of the dormitory.
18. Poor state of cleanliness (inadequate cleaning, not taking out the trash).

Also, after checking the status table below, if your room says "maintenance inspection", please apply through the notice above by 5 p.m. on 12/17(Sun) and complete the maintenance inspection.

• If you do not undergo maintenance inspection, you may receive 5 penalty points for <25. Failure to implement the admission/retirement procedure>.
