[Notice on Changes to the 2025 Fall Semester Regular Move-Out Inspection
Process]
Dear Residents,
We would like to inform you of important changes to the move-out inspection
process that will be applied starting from the 2025 Fall semester.
In previous semesters, residents were asked to directly enter their preferred
date and time on a Google Form. However, this method repeatedly caused heavy
congestion at certain time slots, exceeding the capacity of the inspection
staff. As a result, inspections were often delayed by 30 minutes to 1 hour,
causing inconvenience to inspectors, departing residents, and incoming
residents, and leading to concerns about the quality and fairness of the
inspection process.
To address these issues and ensure a more efficient and equitable system, the
regular move-out inspection for the 2025 Fall semester will transition to a
first-come, first-served time-slot selection system, as outlined below.
