Hello, this is the HOUSE Dormitory student council.
From 11/13(Mon), periodic cleaning of personal items in public spaces will be carried out during the semester. Periodic cleaning of personal items in public spaces will be conducted as follows.
All neglected items will be attached with stickers on 11/13(Mon), and we will collect neglected items after 22:00 on 11/27(Mon)
If you are going to take the items after removing items period, you will be imposed 3 penalty points by the College Dormitory Rules and Regulations <28. Unauthorized occupation and use of common-use facilities. (This includes leaving personal belongings unattended.)>
This project is carried out periodically during the semester for a pleasant HOUSE environment. Attaching and collecting items and stickers takes place once every two weeks. (Example: 11/13 sticker attachment, 11/27 item collect and sticker attachment, 12/11 item collect and sticker attachment). The activities will be conducted periodically and will be conducted without further notice.
