대학원 생활관 정기 검사 공지

 

2025년도 2월, 대학원 생활관 생활수칙에 따라 정기 검사가 아래와 같이 진행될 예정입니다.

모두가 안전하고 쾌적한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 거주자 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

 

1. 개요

·점검자: 대학원 생활관운영자치위원회 위원 10명 (남: 7명, 여: 3명)

·점검일시: 2025년 2월 11(화) 오후 2시~6시

·점검대상: 대학원 생활관 1동~9동 전체 호실

·점검방식: 마스터키를 이용한 호실 방문 검사

·점검목적: 생활관의 안전과 청결 유지 및 쾌적한 생활환경 조성

·관련수칙:

·제5조(의무사항): 입사생은 침실의 청결 및 정리정돈을 생활화하여야 한다.

·제14조(점검): 생활관의 안전관리 및 건전한 생활관 문화형성을 위하여 인원, 시설, 위생, 생활상태 등을 점검한다.

 

2. 주요 점검 사항 및 벌점

4. 점검 시 주의사항

·본 점검은 사감실과는 무관하게 진행됩니다. 문의 사항은 대학원 생활관운영자치위원회(dorm@gist.ac.kr) 또는 학생팀(haneem@gist.ac.kr)으로 연락 바랍니다.

·점검 중 적발된 사항은 개선 여부와 관계없이 벌점이 부과되며, 선처 요청은 받지 않습니다.

·적발된 사항에 대해 입사생은 자발적으로 개선 후, 조치 결과를 대학원 생활관운영자치위원회 혹은 학생팀 담당 직원에게 보고해야 합니다. 미개선 시 지시사항 불이행으로 추가 벌점(15점)이 부과 될 수 있습니다.

·생활수칙 위반으로 벌점이 부과된 경우, 제16조(징계) 기준에 따라 경고 또는 퇴사 징계가 적용될 수 있습니다.

·징계 기간 중에도 생활관 사용을 원하는 경우, 입학학생처장의 승인을 득하고 기존 사용료의 5배 납부가 필요합니다.

Notification on the Regular Inspection

 

In February 2025, a regular inspection of the graduate dormitory will be conducted in accordance with the Dormitory Rules.

We kindly ask for your active cooperation to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for everyone.

 

1. Overview

·Inspectors: 10 members of the Independent Graduate Dormitory Committee (Male: 7, Female: 3)

·Inspection Date and Time: Tuesday, February 11, 2025, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

·Target: All rooms in Graduate Dormitory Buildings 1 to 9

·Method: Room inspections using a master key

·Purpose: To maintain safety, cleanliness, and a comfortable living environment in the dormitory

·Related Rules:

·Article 5 (Duties): Residents must maintain cleanliness and tidiness of their rooms.

·Article 14 (Inspection): Inspections are conducted to ensure safety, hygiene, and a positive living environment.

 

2. Major Inspection Points and Penalty Points

3	Unauthorized use of shared facilities (e.g., hallways, laundry rooms, lounges) ·Personal items such as trash, washing baskets, and any other belongings are strictly prohibited from being left outside the room. Umbrellas are the only exception and may be left outside only during periods of active rain or snowfall. Any other instances of leaving personal items, including umbrellas, will result in a violation.	15

4. Important Notes

·This inspection is conducted independently of the dormitory office. For any inquiries, please contact the Independent Graduate Dormitory Committee at dorm@gist.ac.kr or the Section of Student Affairs Office at haneem@gist.ac.kr.

·Violations detected during the inspection will result in penalty points being issued, regardless of subsequent corrections. Requests for leniency will not be accepted.

·Residents are responsible for addressing any violations and reporting the results to the Independent Graduate Dormitory Committee or Section of Student Affairs Office. Failure to comply may result in an additional penalty of 15 points for non-compliance.

·Penalty points will be managed in accordance with Article 16 (Disciplinary Action), which may include warnings or eviction depending on the severity of the violation.

·During the disciplinary period, residents may only stay in the dormitory with prior approval from the Dean of Admissions and by paying five times the regular dormitory fee.
